Staff Bios:
Stephanie Hartley, President & CEO
As President and CEO, Stephanie is in charge of day-to-day operations
at Aspirata and oversees relationships with lenders. She has an
extensive background in managing finance departments for both the
automotive and marine industries. In fact, she was Partner & Vice
President of one of the first service companies in the marine industry.
Her background includes sales and marketing and working with dealers
on a consultation basis to make their F&I departments more profitable.
Joel Andrews, Vice President
Joel, who works directly with clients and their customers to ensure
the best service, is Aspirata’s Vice President. He holds a B.S.
in Finance with an emphasis on banking. His experience includes
working in retail lending for Bank of America for 7 years and as
a Sales Manager for 10 years.
John Fowler, Partner
John is President of our sister company, Recreational Capital, Inc.
in Port St. Lucie, FL. John founded the company in 1996 and does
business in much of the Eastern and Central United States. His marine
industry background is extensive and includes everything from boat
sales to owning a successful dealership.
Sandra Porto, Account Manager/Document Processor
As Account Manager and Document Processor, Sandra’s responsibilities
include completing necessary paperwork and communicating with lenders
to track funds. Her first job was in sales and she has successfully
continued in that direction. Her customer service and attention
to every detail makes her an invaluable asset to the Aspirata team.
Kevin Tzeng, IS/IT Manager
Kevin holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in MIS.
He has a combined experience of 8 years in the software and high
tech manufacturing industry. In addition, Kevin has consulted as a
Business Process Engineer in a start up environment where the demands
from the client and team are crucial.
